Return & Exchange Policy

At Karis Fits, we value our customers and want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Period

Items may be returned or exchanged within 1 day of purchase.

Condition of Items

Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with no marks, stains, or dirt visible.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments, accessories, and sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

Customers may choose either a product exchange or a store credit. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in the original payment method.
